I'm dreaming of...

...early summer lettuces and baby spinach...beets...oh yeah...those beets! Potatoes and more potatoes...those sweet fingerlings...maybe some more beets...tender green beans, maybe wax beans? Crispy kale...a few more bunches of beets...no mushrooms, though. Can't wait!

    Amy, I'm dreaming of all of the above, plus bok choy. I"m hoping for an awesome bok choy crop this year. I'll be nagging the farmer on that one. Can't WAIT for spinach!!!
